Different Type of Cells

Copper Cell

The purpose of electrolytic refining of copper is to improve the purity of copper and to recover precious metals in the anode mud. There is high temperature corrosive medium in the tank.

The integral polymer concrete copper cell is one-time molded using modified vinyl resin and high-quality quartz sand.

It has good corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, impermeability and impact resistance.

The electrolyte and anode mud in the cell will not be polluted, the insulation is good, and the cell body does not require maintenance. It is a high-quality cell for copper electrolysis.

Zinc Cell

The integral polymer concrete zinc cell is an electrolysis equipment and can achieve the relatively stable electrolyte temperature, high electrolysis efficiency, low energy consumption, and a simple structure.

Zinc cell is made of modified vinyl and high-quality quartz sand, cast and molded in one-time at a specific temperature. It has excellent properties such as cell insulation, no leakage, maintenance-free, high strength, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.

1.Corrosion resistant, Long service life

Since the monolithic polymer concrete cell has good strength, precise dimensions, and low thermal expansion coefficient, the cell wall can be reduced from traditional 115-150mm to 70-100mm, and the cell spacing can be reduced from 30mm to less than 20mm. Under the same production area, 6%-10% more cells can be arranged, or 6%-10% of the factory area can be saved.

If the cathode or anode plate fall down and cause scratches and cracks on the cell body, easy to repair: rinse this place with clean water and dry,Make a "V"-shape groove at the crack and fill them with mixture of modified vinyl ester resin and quartz sand , then cure 2 hours at room temperature. Furnish the surface, it can be used again.
