It is integrally cast using modified vinyl ester resin and high-quality quartz sand, which effectively solves the stress shrinkage and linear expansion problems of electrolytic cells produced by other processes. All materials are anti-corrosive, so they have a long service life. The service life has been verified by actual use to be more than 20 years.
